Pros Link is an authorised distributor for Rongda, Sindoh, Janibis, and also supplies consumables and parts under its own PROS LINK brand.
How do I get a price for a machine?
Prices are quoted per order because they depend on configuration, quantity and delivery city. Send the model and quantity through the quote form, or call +92-21-34320906, and the sales team replies with a written quotation.
What do I do if a machine stops working?
Call +92-21-34320906 or send the model number and the fault to WhatsApp on +92-300-2351553. The technical team diagnoses most faults remotely and dispatches an engineer when an on-site visit is needed.
Does Pros Link offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Annual maintenance contracts are available for digital duplicators, photocopiers and MFPs, and cover scheduled servicing, priority response and labour on call-outs.
Can I buy toner, ink and master rolls separately?
Yes. Toner cartridges, duplicator ink and master rolls are stocked as consumables for the machines in the catalogue, and can be ordered without buying new equipment.
